Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory disease in which endometrial tissue grows outside the uterus. This condition affects 10–20% of women of reproductive age. The condition is thought to be caused by a combination of hormonal changes, increased inflammation, elevated homocysteine levels, and increased oxidative stress.

Protection against neural tube defects
Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folic acid balance. Increasing maternal folic acid balance helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects in the fetus. To achieve a positive result, a minimum of 400 mcg of folic acid should be taken additionally, at least one month before and up to three months after conception ¹.

Vitamins B1, B2, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to energy metabolism ¹.
