The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 approved a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) if they do not satisfy consumers for any reason.

The List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) includes food products, medicines and products, and hygiene items.

To return a medicine or medical device of improper quality, it is necessary to provide the original invoice for the purchase of medicines and a document confirming the fact of the improper quality of the medicine.

The fact of inadequate quality is confirmed by the following documents:

• conclusion on the quality of medicines issued by a subordinate laboratory of the territorial body of the State Medical Service and/or an authorized laboratory
• Order of the State Medical Service on the prohibition of the circulation of a medicinal product.
