During the rapid development of the brain and tissues of the fetus, it is necessary to ensure the intake of an optimal amount of DHA to ensure the positive development of the child, namely cognitive development, motor skills and vision.
The use of DHA during pregnancy significantly reduces the risk of premature birth.

Omega-3 PUFA is an important structural component of the gray matter of the brain and ensures the development of intellectual abilities, visual analyzer, fine motor skills and motor-visual coordination of the child. The intake of sufficient amounts of Omega-3 PUFA in the body of a pregnant and breastfeeding woman is vital for the proper formation and development of the central nervous system of the fetus. The need for Omega-3 PUFA is especially high during fetal development of the fetus and after childbirth, until the biochemical development of the retina and brain is completed. During the first 6 months of life, newborns continue to consume large amounts of DHA with breast milk, which accumulates in brain tissues.
