Planning the birth of a child implies undergoing various medical examinations and visiting doctors&#8217; offices in order to timely identify all possible problems that, with a certain degree of probability, may arise in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s briefly list all the main points:<\/p>\n<p>visiting a gynecologist for consultation and pelvic ultrasound<br \/>\nconsulting a therapist and undergoing an ECG<br \/>\nconsulting a qualified endocrinologist and undergoing a thyroid ultrasound<br \/>\nundergoing an examination to detect sexually transmitted infections (PCR and ELISA methods)<br \/>\ntaking tests to detect immunoglobulins that resist rubella and Toxoplasma Gonorrhea in the blood of the expectant mother, as well as blood hormones<br \/>\nvisiting the urologist and andrologist&#8217;s office by the expectant father, as well as undergoing a spermogram analysis if necessary<br \/>\nproviding medical and genetic consultation to the couple if such a need arises<br \/>\nconsulting a qualified dentist.<\/p>\n<p>All these measures should be taken approximately 3-4 months before the planned conception of a child in order to be able to cure and eliminate all detected abnormalities if necessary.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Preparing the body for pregnancy<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Planning to conceive a joint child, the future father and mother should give up the use of tobacco, alcohol and narcotic products, at least a few months in advance. This is especially important for men who want to conceive a child, because it is no secret that not all representatives of the strong half of humanity lead an absolutely healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>In the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, it is extremely important that the young mother receives a full range of all necessary vitamins and trace elements. This is due to the fact that it is during this period that the laying and formation of all the internal organs of the baby takes place.
