Problems may arise during pregnancy or during childbirth. But the number of risks can be reduced if you prepare in advance for this important event in your life. You need to monitor your health, eat a healthy and balanced diet, exercise, and eradicate bad habits. It is also worth undergoing diagnostics for congenital abnormalities.<strong>Conception<\/strong>\r\n\r\nScientists have proven that after 35 years of age, the ability to give birth begins to fade.\r\n\r\nTherefore, difficulties may arise with conception, it may take 3-5 times longer than in 20-year-olds. The viability of the egg cell decreases rapidly with age.
